We’re starting off the new season of Double Phantom Digital with an EP by Atlanta’s Mood Rings, called “Sweater Weather Forever.” Hazy, blissed out melody and spaced-out atmosphere dominate Mood Rings’ dreamy pop squall throughout this, their four song debut.
